Networking is one of the most important activities for artists. How many times have you wished that you could talk with someone about your art problems?
Do you need help with a particular spot in your painting that just doesn't look right? Or, maybe you're new to exhibiting your work, where will you find the information needed to exhibit with the professionalism that you deserve?
My solution is to find another artist that shares my creative spirit. As networking circles enlarge, my circle of information enlarges.
Keep a journal or card file with other artist's phone number and e-mail addresses so that contact is easy and quick.
Make an appointment to meet someone from the art field. Have an artist day out and talk art!
